Unfortunately, I’m experiencing some issues with the touchpad on my new Slimbook Evo 14. The pointer doesn’t follow my finger movements correctly — especially on the left side of the touchpad — and when I try to move the pointer upward, it moves in the opposite direction. Right click does not work, left clik neither.

I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the touchpad cable, but this didn’t solve the problem.

The issue occurs both on Windows 11 and KDE Neon in exactly the same way.

Should I open a support ticket?
