it's been 3 weeks since i ordered and my laptop is still marked as being in preparation on the site so it hasn't been sent. when will this be the case knowing that it usually takes 10 days as indicated on the order page?

Yes, some of our colleagues have suffered the flooding, we are trying to manage as fast as possible the orders, but we have a big queue of assembly.

In case you didn't know, 3 weeks ago there was a huge flood in Valencia, where Slimbook's headquarters are located. This has caused material losses to all citizens and companies, as well as human losses. It is not an easy time, and I am sure the Slimbook team is doing the best they can, but they need time.
