I wrote to you in in the sales order page, I tried to call and I sent an email to the info email address. All my attempts have been unsuccessfully. Maybe if I write to you here where everyone can judge how you treat your customers you will react.

First of all, apologies for the delay in replying. I see that your order was shipped 5 days ago and is on its way (I imagine you must have received the tracking information in your email; please check your spam folder if you haven’t).

We are working intensively to meet delivery deadlines with you, as well as reinforcing shifts. (Anniversary sales have been very numerous, and the summer holidays have also caused these delays.) Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
