No, do not have an external monitor connected.

Issue happens without any external monitor when trying to install.

Do not know if it is something related with app protection and the AMDGPU, since need to activate app protection to use citrix for my daily work. The freeze happens after select app protection.

Do you happen to use an external monitor when trying to install the software, or more times? There has been some reports that the AMDGPU driver crashes with an external monitor in current kernels, I link you a tutorial if that's the case, we explain the problem and give a solution for it.

If you don't use a external monitor, it's weird that only when trying to install said software the graphical driver crashes
