Hi! Last november, I bought an EVO laptop with SlimbookOS but I have to confess I prefer Linux Mint that I've used for a few years.

Any problem with drivers if I install Mint in my EVO?

Good morning,
The drivers for Linux Mint are the same as SlimbookOS's, so there should be no problem 
However you'd need to add the repositories manually, here's a tutorial on how to add them
